This light ring is used with two accessories sold separately: either a wall hook to hang the ring from a wall (like a wall light), or a marble base to put the ring on the floor (like a floor lamp). This ring comes with a cable (L 500 cm) to connect to the mains. Dimmer on the cable.A magnificent light sculpture, the Ellisse lamp has a simple, pure and very graphic shape. The large oval ring creates a frame in the air, delimiting an empty space and filling it with light. This ultra-minimalist open extruded aluminium structure is like a trace in space, a pencil line drawn in the air, a three-dimensional sign. Ellipse highlights the essential: namely, light, which becomes the central player in the aesthetics of the lamp. The void fills with a luminous substance that radiates all around, without revealing the light source. The poetry of this emptiness inevitably makes us think of its opposite: the materiality of the world.The LED strip runs for the entire circumference of the ring. The opaline polycarbonate diffuser is located on one of the side faces of the ring. A dimmer on the cable lets you choose the light intensity: sustained lighting for reading, or mood lighting. PLEASE NOTE: The black marble base (visible in the photo) which allows the use of the Ellisse lamp as a floor lamp is not included: it is sold separately.
