The small Bellhop portable lamp designed in 2018 by Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby met with considerable success, which convinced Flos to invite the two designers to create a floor lamp version. The successful result incorporates the aesthetic fundamentals: simplicity, modesty, quality of materials and accuracy of lines. With its linear design, the Kink vase dresses your room with its graphic presence. It draws a sober, colourful line in the decor. It consists of a cement base and lacquered steel tube topped with a simple white blown glass lampshade. The wide tube is reminiscent of an industrial pipe. With its rudimentary form, lost between a feeling of regression and technical distinction, the tube questions us with its power of interpretation. Indirect lighting varies in intensity (foot dimmer on the cable). With its delicate lines and its design uncluttered by superfluous details, the Bellhop lamp from Flos will easily fit into all your rooms!
