Calling all collectors! The iconic Puppy dog is now available in a unique version with a flocked velvet-effect surface. With a sublimely soft and silky texture, in a flashy colour palette with stunning two-tone ombré effects. Created by the king of pop design, Puppy has achieved iconic status. It was in 2003 that this stylised dog came out of the affectionate, playful imagination of Eero Aarnio, the renowned Finnish designer who created the iconic Ball chair in the 60s. Straddling the border between art and design, Puppy is both a sculpture and a child’s seat. This dog, which doesn’t bark and never bites, is the perfect companion! Made from roto-moulded polyethylene, Puppy is lightweight, strong and can be used outdoors. In a child’s room, Puppy is a really fun seat for kids who will delight in sitting on it. Its rounded lines and the lightness of the plastic material are safe for toddlers. Its clean lines will spark the imagination of children, who are bound to find in Puppy their new playmate. Eero Aarnio: “A chair is a chair, is a chair, is chair… Yet, a seat is not necessarily a chair.” “Puppy isn’t just any dog. He’s how a child imagines a dog, drawing one for the first time: Head, body, legs with paws.”
