For the first time, Philippe Starck sets out to rethink Kartell’s lighting, incorporating his vision and ability to decompose objects so that light returns to its essential function and its purest aesthetic. As usual, his work starts from forms from the classical tradition, which are reworked using Kartell’s most innovative manufacturing techniques. Starck’s exploration then continues with the most romantic source of light: the candle, with its soft, warm reflections. GOODNIGHT revisits the concept and primordial shape of the candle by transforming it into a highly technological object. The Goodnight wall light consists of a recycled ABS support. The long, white diffuser tube that evokes a candle is made of PMMA. The base is available in different colours to suit your decorative requirements.
