Precious Kartell… The greatest Kartell classics have a new look now thanks to exclusive, new sparkling metallic finishes – chrome, gold, copper. The plastic gets a high-quality and sophisticated look which gives a new, luxurious dimension to the Kartell best-sellers. The special metallisation process by Kartell is a fruit of many years of research and is totally avant-garde and of a really high quality. The result is impeccable on all the levels as of aesthetics, touch, robustness and lacquers used. The Masters Stackable armchair by Philippe Starck from 2009 has gained a status of a design icon, won two prestigious awards, Good Design Award 2010 and Red Dot Award 2013, and become a best-seller world-wide. This futuristic-looking armchair pays tribute to the icons that have marked design history. The plaited sinuous and dynamic lines in the backrest remind us of three classics of contemporary design, namely the Tulip Armchair by Eero Saarinen, Eiffel Chair by Charles Eames and Series 7 by Arne Jacobsen… This attractive, hybrid fusion of styles is characterized by playing with empty and full spaces. The original seat made of polypropylene is large and comfortable. Masters is a stackable, useful armchair that we love not only for its design, but also for its affordable price!
