“True light sculpture, the suspension Spokes created by Garcia-Cumini studio for Foscarini is elegant and air. Numerous and of great finesse, its metal son reproduce the graphics and hypnotic effect of a bicycle wheel in motion. Hence the name of the project, Spokes, which means “”rays”” in English.
Its round shape and windows, combined with LED technology, it offers a functional light that can illuminate from below to perfection while the filtering space, creating beautiful projections on the walls.
The painted steel shelves are set high two polycarbonate discs and down to the aluminum module that serves as location and sink the two LED bulbs. The electric cable supplying the LEDs is cleverly hidden in rays respecting the effect of lightness.
